See, the more I looked at the photo I'd taken, with just the ear and a bit of fur, the more freakish it started to look. So that's why I added the clue in the comments.

But, I said you could have a guess at what it is, and entries were open until I posted the finished piece. Which, was supposed to be today, but I already know, this is not going to happen. I'm too slow!

And I spent yesterday watching the V8 supercars at Phillip Island (the only sport I'm interested in - and Steve works on one of the teams, so it makes it even better to watch!), and had my mum up to watch it with me, and today is a day for errands, so I plan to finish it tomorrow. Which is a far more realistic end time, considering I've spent about 8 hours on it so far. So, tomorrow, I will post the finished piece, along with the winner of the board-mounted giclee print of this here m-----. We'll say at 9pm AEST.
